This is the BEST sushi restaurant in the Eastern Hokkaido! Torion in Kitami offers super fresh and high-quality sushi at a reasonable price. It’s always crowded with locals and visitors… but it’s totally worth the wait.
Scallop is one of the seafood that I would not eat raw in anywhere but around my hometown. There is one local fish shop in Tokoro Town that I highly recommend if you want to try really fresh scallop.
